Method
Themiros does not replace the evaluator. It performs the long part of the work — examining the whole, sorting, connecting — and leaves the decision to a human.
01 — Framing
You state the nature of the project, the country, the funder and the applicable assessment framework. Themiros proposes the corresponding criteria. You modify, remove or replace them. The criteria are derived from the framework you adopt: they are not inscribed in the engine.
02 — Corpus assembly
A national policy is judged on several hundred pages spread across strategies, budgetary annexes, monitoring reports and regulatory texts. Themiros integrates them all, verifies each item — scope, duplicates, consistency of dates — and sets aside what must not enter the calculation.
03 — Analysis
Layer A measures what is observable. Layer B applies the recognised frameworks: OECD-DAC, funders' frameworks, sectoral criteria. Layer C compares the two and signals the divergences. The contentious point frequently lies there.
04 — Reporting
A synthesis, points of attention and an action plan, consultable down to the excerpt that grounds them. Comparison between several assessments of one portfolio. An audit log of every calculation and every approval. Export to PDF, Word and JSON.
